Data we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, selected audit type, invoice application name (if provided), and message content.
- Email and phone: correspondence you initiate.
- Technical: essential cookies and, if you accept analytics cookies, anonymized usage data as described in our cookies policy.
We do not ask for payment card numbers, national ID numbers, or employee personal data through the public website.
Purpose and legal basis
We process inquiry data to respond to audit requests, prepare scoping estimates, and maintain engagement records where a contract follows. Technical logs support security and site reliability. Where consent is required for optional analytics cookies, we rely on your cookie banner choice.
Retention
Unsuccessful inquiries are retained up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Engagement-related correspondence is retained for the period required by the engagement letter and applicable Japanese record-keeping practice, typically seven years for contractual files.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with IT hosting providers who process data on our instructions, or with professional advisers under confidentiality when required for an engagement. We disclose data if required by law.
International transfers
Primary hosting and operations are oriented to Japan. If a processor stores data outside Japan, we take steps appropriate under Japanese guidance on cross-border transfers, including contractual safeguards where applicable.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may withdraw cookie consent for non-essential cookies. Children
This site is directed at business professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
