Pricing follows the engagement model, not a subscription. We quote a fixed fee once we know which invoice processing application you run, how many entities feed it, and whether on-site days are required.

Fixed fee for a single legal entity with one primary invoice processing application. Multi-entity or multi-channel scopes are quoted after inventory.
Controls & access review

Or a fixed mini-scope from ¥720,000 when the role matrix and sample size are clear in advance.
Remediation follow-up
From ¥450,000
Priced by the number of open findings re-tested. Includes a short status memo for internal control owners.
What moves the estimate
- Number of invoice intake channels (email, portal, paper scan, e-invoice gateway)
- Whether purchase-order matching and non-PO invoices share the same application
- Travel outside Greater Tokyo
- Need for bilingual reporting (Japanese and English)
Deposits
